Assistant to Orange County real estate agent

Job Description

This is a full time position. As an assistant you will search the MLS to identify properties for clients, complete CMA reports, schedule showings, show properties, assist with paperwork, create ads, post ads, hold open houses, lease properties, manage listings, manage files, client database, and much more. This position requires night and weekend hours.

Desired Candidate:

· Must have a real estate license

· Organization skills

· Willing to work 40+ hours per week and at least 2 weekends per month

· Professional and courteous

· Nice automobile

· Ability to communicate effectively

· Ability to work well within a team

· Computer skills including familiarity with Word and Excel

· Service oriented

· Highly motivated, desire to be the best

Compensation: Salary plus bonus- $2000/month salary+ healthy bonus structure based upon performance goals. fantastic earning potential and room to grow within our team.
