Shevy enjoys real estate and helping his clients pursue their dreams, interests, and goals. He loves helping a busy business person save time and energy, assiting a growing family to find the perfect home at the end of a cul-de-sac, conversing with seasoned investors regarding differerent markets and opportunities, and helping a first time buyer feel a bit more comfortable by answering their questions and walking them through the transaction. As much as anything, he loves sharing the joy of  a new home when he hands his clients the keys.

      In addition, Shevy is an experienced marketing professional and has owned a successful sales and marketing consulting firm before going into real estate full time. Shevy has completed all types of transactions from traditional sales to short sale and bank owned transactions. Moreover, he has negotiated and arranged for seller carry backs, and many other creative transaction structures that create a win-win for all parties.


Sarah Piazza brings a wealth of knowledge to every transaction and serves many different roles. She works as a buyers agent, sellers agent, and transaction coordinator. She handles all of the technical aspects of your real estate purchase, while looking after your personal concerns. She is an excellent listener and is committed to service excellence. Her knowledge and in-depth training includes 1031 Exchanges, Real Estate Investments, Property Management, Real Estate Appraisal, and Financing.

Sarah Piazza has been instrumental in the development of our mentoring program. She is an experienced teacher and trainer, who is well versed in real estate, sales, marketing, loan options, negotiations, financial counseling, administration, and customer service. 


  
Steffani Clelland has worked for Evergreen Realty for 3 years. Serving as transaction coordinator Steffani helps our client by making sure that all of the paperwork is in order and all documents are properly endorsed. The amount of paperwork involved in real estate transactions today can be a bit overwhelming for buyers and sellers, however, Stefani is an important part of our team and ensures the process goes smoothly.
